Registration will close when classes are full.
Classes are subject to be cancelled if minimum enrollment is not met. Participants will be notified and rescheduled.
No refunds will be given if customer cancellation is within 24 hours of class start time. Failure to provide notice within 24 hours of the scheduled class or workshop will result in automatic forfeiture of fees.
Classes canceled by ACHE due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control will be rescheduled, or credit given for a future class.
The responsibility to attend scheduled classes and workshops rests exclusively with students. Due to scheduling constraints, makeup classes are not provided.
No refund of fees will be given. In the event of extenuating circumstances, hardship or emergency--as defined by the ACHE RIHWC and at the sole discretion of ACHE RIHWC--a refund may be offered. In the event of an emergency, hardship, or other extenuating circumstance, the student shall notify ACHE RIHWC staff in writing that they: A). are not able to attend the class or workshop; or B). wish to drop the class or workshop.
